Indeed, ionizing radiation (IR), in radioresistant NSCLC cells, leads to the phosphorylation of RPS3 and TRAF2 by casein kinase 2α (CK2α) and PKC, respectively, which promote the dissociation of RPS3–TRAF2 complex and the activation of NFκB. Here, RPS3 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
