Recently a phrase I clinical trial has reported C4.4A-ADC (BAY 1129980), a C4.4A-targeting human immunoglobulin G1 antibody (hIgG1-Ab, C4.4A-Ab), as a promising therapeutic candidate for the treatment of NSCLC and other cancers with expression of C4.4A [58], suggesting that LYPD3 may serve as a therapeutic target in tumors and LYPD3-ADC combined with ICIs may provide new strategies for NSCLC patients. The gene discussed is LYPD3; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
