In rectal cancer, up-regulated FOXD2-AS1 has been reported to regulate miR-25-3p/Sema4c Axis to promote the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer cells [29]; in addition, FOXD2-AS1 is abnormally elevated in breast cancer tissues and promotes FOXD2‐AS1/miR‐150‐5p/PFN2 axis, accelerating the growth of transplanted tumors in vivo [30].
