MAPK1 and acute myeloid leukemia: The results of the ceRNA network and functional enrichment analysis showed that other m6A-related lncRNAs (SENCR, PSMB8-AS1, ITGB2-AS1, RP11-89N17.1, RP11-483I13.5 and LINC01547) also play critical roles during tumor progression by regulating the expression of important genes such as PTEN, VEGFA, MAPK1, IGF1, etc. These genes may provide us with new therapeutic targets for AML patients.
