As the same time, we found that the NF-κB p65 was significantly elevated in the NEC group compared with the CON group (1.70 ± 0.09 vs. 1.02 ± 0.02, p < 0.01), and decreased in the NEC + H2 group compared to the NEC group (Figure 5C) (1.70 ± 0.09 vs. 1.39 ± 0.04, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and necrotizing enterocolitis.
