This redistribution was already seen at 3 h post-infection, in agreement with the notion that the nucleocytoplasmic traffic disorder is an early event during EMCV infection (Lidsky et al., 2006), while the capsid protein expression was only detected at 4-6 h post-infection when more than 90% of the infected cells showed nuclear GFP-HSBP1 (Figures S3C, D).
