Moreover, the GSEA results suggest that many HALLMARK pathways related to tumorigenesis and metabolism, such as IL6-JAK-STAT3-signaling, TNF-α-signaling-via-NF-κB, glycolysis pathway, bile-acid-metabolism, and fatty-acid-metabolism were enriched in the expression groups of the six MRGs, suggesting their contribution to HCC progression through metabolic regulation.
