Intriguingly, a high expression of COL5A1 was mainly enriched in the KEGG pathways of the ECM receptor interaction, complement and coagulation cascades, focal adhesion, and glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis keratan sulfate, which were all related to progression or chemoresistance of glioma cells (Figures 2E–H).
