In week 4, the average tumor volume in the scramble control group was significantly larger than that in the MICAL2 knockdown group (7.84 ± 0.97 mm3vs. 3.64 ± 0.90 mm3, p < 0.001), which indicated that the differences between the tumor volume of the MICAL2-knockdown group and the scramble control group turned out to be bigger (Figures 7D, E).
