To further confirm the results of our m6A-seq data, we conducted gene-specific m6A-IP qPCR assays for 10 hypermethylated (ST18, FOXN1, SMPD4, MSTN, LINC00482, LINC01719, GRASP, STC2, CLP1, and SGK2) and 10 hypomethylated genes (S100A4, MZB1, SFTPB, GALNT5, CACYBP, WNT5A, PRR16, NR4A2, GLIPR1, and KIAA1551) which might participate in tumor progression in bladder cancer. Here, TAMALIN is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
