Since CD4+ T cells from L. sigmodontis-infected C57BL/6 donor mice showed a higher efficacy to reduce worm and MF burden compared to CD4+ T cells from naïve donor mice, we characterised cytokine patterns of the adoptively transferred CD4+ T cells from RAG2IL-2Rγ-deficient C57BL/6 mice on day 72 p.i. at the site of infection (TC). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and infection.
