IL4 and viral infectious disease: Six days after virus infection, compared to those in the control (Figure 3D), the proteins in the infected mice with the function of positive regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway, positive regulation of the apoptotic process and innate immune response showed upregulated expression (p < 0.05), while the decreased proteins are involved in regulation of transcription, positive regulation of interleukin-4 production, T cell receptor signaling pathway and others (p < 0.05).
