CCL2 and Anxiety: In the same vein, MIP-1α/CCL3, MIP-1β/CCL4, MIP-3α/CCL20, and Eotaxin/CCL11 showed positive correlations with high levels of anxiety symptoms (HARS scores) (Pearson, p < 0.01) in the ANX + DEP group; whereas I-TAC/CXCL11, RANTES/CCL5, and MCP-1/CCL2 CCL11 displayed significant correlations with high HDRS scores (Pearson, p < 0.004), in addition of correlating with different clinimetric variables.
