In the present study, molecular amplification, and repair in the cell cycle, including the “cell cycle”, “ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis”, “DNA replication”, “Fanconi anemia”, “mRNA surveillance”, “RNA transport”, “p53 signaling” and “apoptosis” pathways, were significantly upregulated in stage III and IV testes. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is Fanconi anemia.
