With the TCGA cohort, three snoRNAs (SNORD116‐4, SNORD116‐20, and SNORD116‐28) and one circRNA (PTK2) are correlated with MLLT3, and another circRNA, NRIP1, is associated with RBPMS in adult AML, whereas t7 lncRNAs are discovered to be regulated by two RBPs, MSI2 and DNMT3B, together in pediatric AML, suggesting distinct driver genes in adult and childhood AMLs. The gene discussed is DNMT3B; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
