AKT1 and urinary bladder carcinoma: According to the GO/KEGG analysis and a series studies reported before, we assumed that miR-93-5p might act as a tumor promoter in bladder cancer and its target genes were mainly enriched in proteoglycans in cancer, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, FoxO signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway.
