In common cancer-related pathway enrichment analysis, we observed that the MCM family members can activate apoptosis, cell cycle, DNA damage response, and epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) pathways in EC while inhibiting hormone estrogen receptor (ER), PI3K/AKT, RAS/mitogen-activated protein kinase (RAS/MAPK) and receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) pathways.
