Endotype 4 patients had the highest inflammatory markers (ferritin, LDH were significantly higher than endotype 3 while IL-6 and CRP were similarly high as endotype 3), highest infectious markers (WBC, procalcitonin), and greatest degree of coagulopathy (PT and PTT, but PT was not significantly > endotype 3).
