Subsequently, via functional experiments, a key carcinogenic circRNA, circ_0008594, was identified, and its effect on NSCLC growth, invasion, and stemness as well as its interaction with microRNA (miRNA/miR)-760 and the PI3K/AKT and MEK/ERK pathways were investigated in vitro and in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene MAP2K7 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
