In the migDCs of the caerin group, both Tradd and Cd48 were significantly upregulated; the nuclear form of Tradd was found as a tumour suppressor by preventing ubiquitination and degradation of isoform p19ARF/ARF of Cdkn2a by Trip12 (74), while the elevation of Cd48 expression correlated with the activation of CD4+ T cells (75). The gene discussed is TRIP12; the disease is neoplasm.
