Neither upon acute nor upon long-term EBV infection, the EAF2 expression had no obvious change in SU-DHL-4 cells and OCI-LY-10 cells (Fig. S5E), suggesting that EBV infection may reduce expression of circEAF2 by RNA splicing, but not expression of linear EAF2. This evidence concerns the gene EAF2 and Epstein-Barr virus infection.
