We also show that all three STAT3 inhibitors, with STA‐21 having the most profound effect, can effectively suppress the continuous production of cancer‐related molecules, IL6, TNF, RELA(p65), EGFR, BCL2 and STAT3, previously associated with hypopharyngeal cancer, caused by acidic bile.
