In addition, the expression of multiple IFNs, STAT2 and retrotransposons was upregulated in DM (Figs. 1A,D, 2B, and 6A), and JAK2 expression was high in DM and strongly associated with downstream TFs and ISGs (Fig. 6), suggesting that JAK2 inhibitors may be effective in DM.
