Another group of anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive drugs was highlighted including Cyclosporine and Dexamethasone, which were surrounded by genes related to inflammation and infection such as CD68 and PRDM1. We also found a group of anticoagulants (e.g., Heparin), anti-hypertensives (e.g., Amlodipine), anti-platelet (e.g., Dipyridamole), and anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g., Indomethacin). This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and infection.
