MAD2L1 and neoplasm: The 10 genes with the highest interconnection levels were maintained, including CDK1, CCNA2, CCNB2, KIF11, BUB1B, NCAPG, CCNB1, DLGAP5, MAD2L1, and ASPM, suggesting their pivotal role in the regulation of tumor development by SKA1/2/3 genes (Figure 6(d)).
