Patients with total CD19(+) B cells > 0.06 × 109 /L showed prolonged survival in the total cohort (50.07 ± 4.53 vs. 83.51 ± 3.23 months, P = 0.001, Fig. 3C) and CKD group (45.35 ± 6.27 vs. 73.29 ± 4.12, P = 0.006 months, Fig. 3D). The gene discussed is CD19; the disease is chronic kidney disease.
