CRP and myocardial infarction: In the univariate analysis age (OR = 1.02, 95% CI = 1.00–1.04, p = 0.022), prior myocardial infarction (OR = 3.23, 95% CI = 1.50–7.00, p = 0.003), impaired kidney function (OR = 2.13, 95% CI = 1.09–4.08, p = 0.024), immunodeficiency (OR = 1.87, 95% CI = 1.05–3.28, p = 0.032), SpO2 (OR = 0.90, 95% CI = 0.86–0.94, p < 0.001), CRP (OR = 2.25, 95% CI = 1.76–2.96, p < 0.001) and AI-based severity score (OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 1.10–1.20, p < 0.001) were significantly associated with worse clinical outcome.
