GRAMD4 and hepatocellular carcinoma: After adjusting for the conventional clinical patterns, including sex, age at diagnosis, Child‐Pugh score, serum AFP level, cirrhosis, number of lesions, BCLC stage, vascular invasion, tumour differentiation and tumour size, the results revealed that GRAMD4 expression had a strong predictive ability for the OS of HCC patients (OS: HR, 0.40; 95% CI:, 0.19–0.86; p  = 0.018, Figure 1E, Supporting information Figure S2B).
