The tumor sample we obtained via CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy (CT-PLB) before the PMCT (July 25, 2019) demonstrated that tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs, CD68+CD163+MRC1+; 33.24%), cancer cells (EPCAM + NAPSA + SOX2+; 32.20%), and dendritic cells 2 (cDC2, CD1C + FCER1A + CLEC10 A+; 22.56%) occupied the main component of the TME (Figures 4(b) and 4(c)). The gene discussed is CD68; the disease is neoplasm.
