The protein expression of E-cadherin was reduced while the protein levels of N-cadherin and Vimentin were upregulated by the addition of anti-miR-342-3p (Fig. 5J), indicating that circVAPA silencing suppressed the migration and invasion of NSCLC cells largely by elevating miR-342-3p level. This evidence concerns the gene VIM and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
