METTL1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: Nevertheless, METTL1 expression was found to be significantly higher in bladder urothelial carcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, GBM, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, thymoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma tissues than in the corresponding normal tissues (Fig. 2c).
