GPX4 and cholangiocarcinoma: Figure 1D shows the locations of the CNV alterations on the PRG chromosomes, and it can be observed that CNV changes were prevalent in these genes. PRKACA had the highest probability of CNV amplification and GPX4 had the highest frequency of CNV deletion (Figure 1E). The somatic mutations of these PRGs in CC were also analyzed and it was concluded that the overall mutation frequency was not high in these cases (≤4%) (Figure 1F).
