Collectively, in our study both the resveratrol nanoemulsion prepared from grape skin and the R-GNPs from gold and resveratrol standard could inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 through the inhibition of cyclin A, cyclin B, CDK1, and CDK2 expressions and the elevation of both p53 and p21 expressions. This evidence concerns the gene CDK2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
