Collectively, in our study both the resveratrol nanoemulsion prepared from grape skin and the R-GNPs from gold and resveratrol standard could inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 through the inhibition of cyclin A, cyclin B, CDK1, and CDK2 expressions and the elevation of both p53 and p21 expressions. This evidence concerns the gene CDK2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
