Regarding the respiratory disorders, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors took a higher risk of respiratory disorders, especially for cough (RR: 1.33, 95% CI: 1.21–1.48), dyspnea (RR: 1.23, 95% CI: 1.12–1.35) and chest pain (RR: 1.26, 95% CI: 1.07–1.47). Here, RPL17 is linked to respiratory system disorder.
