The network revealed that the majority of the disorders are linked with DYNC1H1 (k = 91), LMNA (k = 86), FMR1 (k = 74), DCTN1 (k = 57), and ALDH18A1 (k = 54) genes and showed interactions with multiple brain disorders (Figure 3C). The gene discussed is DYNC1H1; the disease is brain disorder.
