CCR4 and dilated cardiomyopathy: A greater susceptibility to heart failure has also been observed in mutants of the chromatin remodelling via Carbon Catabolite Repression 4 (CCR4)–Negative on TATA-less (Not) (CCR4–Not) complex (Not3), leading to cardiac contractility defects in mice and dilated cardiomyopathy in flies [54,55].
