TAX1BP3 and Carcinoma, Lewis Lung: In one study, Kapoor et al., conjugated a 40 kDa PEG to the HVGGSSV peptide (discovered via phage-display technology from both Lewis lung carcinoma and GL261 tumors [43]) to effectively target Tax-Interacting Protein 1 (TIP1), a protein that was overexpressed in human-invasive breast cancer cells [44].
