EPHA2 and chondrosarcoma: Through the analysis of public gene expression databases including bone sarcoma patients, we confirmed in silico that EPHA2 is expressed at higher levels compared to normal tissues in Ewing’s sarcoma; that it is associated with Huvos grade in osteosarcoma; and that higher EPHA2 expression correlates with a worse prognosis in dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma.
