Here, we extensively expanded the analysis of CCNE1 and CDK2 as prognostic and diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets by including data of matching (TCGA, LIHC cohort) and independent (GTEx, liver cohort, http://gtexportal.org/) tumour-free liver samples along with web-based analysis and visualisation tools (accessed on 5 May 2021) [22,25,26,27].
