The surrogate molecular subtyping of the selected cases showed: 29 (29.3%) luminal A (LUM-A), 41 (41.41%) luminal B/HER2- (LUM-B/HER2-), 13 (13.13%) luminal B/HER2+ (LUM-B/HER2+), 12 (12.12%) HER2 overexpressing (HER2-OE), and only 4 (4.04%) triple-negative breast cancers (TNBC). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
