BCR and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive: After deeper analysis, the patient presented with a double Ph-positive cells and two isoforms of the gene: P210 (e14a2) and a rare P195 (e6a2) with no point mutations in the ABL1 domain; while at the protein level, it showed BCR-ABL1 expression and phosphorylation of ABL1 kinase domain, linked to the pathogenesis of CML [67].
