RBM22 and cancer: Among these, 12 RBPs (RPS3, RBM22, EIF2S1, DHX8, RBM8A, UPF1, YBX1, SNRPE, SF3A1, U2AF1, SUPT6H, and EIF3G) were not overexpressed in cancer cells compared with non-cancer cells, whereas 9 RBPs (DHX8, EIF3G, RBM22, SF3A1, SNRPE, SUPT6H, U2AF1, UPF1, and YBX1) did not interfere with the growth of non-cancer cells.
