Three specific cellular ligands of NKp30 have been identified so far: BAG6, B7-H6, and galectin-3, all of which could be found on the tumor surface, but while BAG6 and B7-H6 activate NK cell cytotoxicity, galectin-3 blocks it completely [31,32,33,34].
