We analyzed the relationship of NSP3 (SH2D3C) expression with tumor infiltration by immune cells and found that NSP3 (SH2D3C) expression showed strong correlations with the infiltration of six immune cell types, including the B cells (r = 0.292–0.3220 all p < 0.1 × 10−10), CD8+ T cells (r = 0.18–0.33 all p < 0.05), CD4+ T cells (r = 0.54–0.64 all p < 0.1 × 10−30), M1-macrophages (r = 0.295–0.44 all p < 0.1 × 10−10), neutrophils (r = 0.34–0.40 all p < 0.1 × 10−10), and DCs (r = 0.35–0.59 all p < 0.1 × 10−10) (Figure 4A). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
