The occurrence frequency of genes in all prognostic pathways of breast cancer was statistically analyzed, and the genes with the highest frequency were selected, for example, the mitogen-activated protein kinases MAPK1, MAPK3, and MAP2K1; G-protein-related genes GNAQ and HRAS; and other oncogenes, such as RhoA, ROCK1, and ROCK2. This evidence concerns the gene WNK2 and breast carcinoma.
