The discrepancies observed between 68Ga-PSMA and 68Ga-RM2 might reflect a complementary role of these imaging modalities in identifying different intraprostatic foci of disease presenting different metabolic patterns, thus enlightening a synergic role of 68Ga-PSMA and 68Ga-DOTA-RM2 in prostate cancer, in line with previously published data [15,18,19]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and Familial prostate cancer.
