In univariate analyses, including tumor markers (CEA and CA19-9), markers of inflammation (CRP and leucocyte count), standard parameters of liver (bilirubin, AST, ALT, ALP) and kidney (creatinine) function, tumor characteristics (tumor size, CRC localization, KRAS status) and distinct clinical parameters (age, BMI, ECOG PS), only CEA, CA19-9 and CRP, as well as AST and ALT, were prognostic factors after CRLM resection (Table 3).
