More to the point, nuclear PXR was expressed in 80% of high grade dysplasia (HGD) versus 13% of low grade dysplasia (LGD) cases of patients with Barrett esophagus, supporting evidence that PXR expression might be able to separate HGD from LGD and non-dysplasia cases [45,46].
