On multivariate analysis, variables that were found to be significant predictors of mortality were hematological malignancy (OR 2.14, 95% CI 0.57–8.02), high temperature ≥ 39.4 °C (OR 1.91, 95% CI 0.35–10.28), neutropenia (OR 2.46, 95% CI 0.61–9.97), mechanical ventilation (OR 1.44, 95% CI 0.52–3.97), dialysis (OR 2.17, 95% CI 0.32–14.49), Aspergillus culture positivity (OR 7.68, 95% CI 1.42–41.32), and significant galactomannan Ag cut-off index value (≥1.04) for mortality (OR 37.93, 95% CI 13.00–110.71). Here, RENBP is linked to neutropenia.
