GFAP and Alzheimer disease: Re-analysis of gene expression data including RIN as a covariate made essentially no difference to the results, with no significant findings from the NLRP3 components and consistently elevated expression of GFAP, other than the small increase in HLA-DRA expression in advanced AD showing significance (GLM-UniANOVA, F = 3.717, R2 = 0.133, p = 0.028).
